What You’ll Learn & Do
Operational Standards
- Confidently operate across all kitchen and service workstations, ensuring all products are prepared according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils before, during, and after use.
- Perform regular cleaning duties in both kitchen and dining areas.
- Comply with all company policies and legal requirements related to Health & Safety, fire safety, food hygiene, and overall cleanliness.
- Immediately report any hazards, accidents, or safety concerns to the manager on duty.
Customer Service Excellence
- Serve customers in a fast, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring all food is hot, well-presented, and delivered accurately.
- Double-check orders to ensure correctness, including all necessary condiments or add-ons requested by customers.
- Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and inviting at all times by regularly wiping surfaces and clearing litter.
- Respond to customer inquiries with a positive attitude or refer them to the manager when necessary.
- Be attentive to individual customer needs — including families with young children, elderly patrons, and guests with special needs — to create a welcoming experience for all.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.Who We’re Looking For

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
