The Role: Farm Analyst (Hybrid – Desk + Field)
This role is for someone who is equal parts scientist and farmer. You’ll be in the field monitoring plants and running trials, then back at the desk analyzing data and designing improvements.
We’re only looking for the most dedicated & hardworking people — people who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty, but also want to push boundaries and grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor & Record Crop Data Track everything from plant growth and yield to Brix levels, pest pressure, and weather trends.
- Design & Run Experiments Test different growing variables — irrigation, pruning, spacing, light exposure — and evaluate what makes our produce better.
- Analyze & Recommend Translate your field observations into insights that directly impact quality, flavor, and farm productivity.
- Collaborate & Implement Work hands-on with farmers and farm managers to apply your ideas and track real-world results.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field
OR
A degree in Computer Science or related field
- Someone who works hard, learns fast, and thrives in hands-on environments
- You love nature and tech equally — and you know how to balance both
- Strong with data (Excel, Google Sheets); bonus if familiar with agri sensors or analysis tools
- Ideally living in Cameron or close to Cameron already

- RM 3,700/month base salary
- Performance bonus up to RM 500 - RM1000
