Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Factory Admin Assistant to support daily factory operations, including documentation, inventory updates, handling foreign worker matters, and liaising with HQ. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess good communication and basic computer skills.
Fresh graduates/school leavers are welcomed to apply.
Working Location: Johor Jaya, Johor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily stock in/out records and inventory updates.
- Update stock cards and prepare necessary documents (e.g., DOs, invoices).
- Maintain proper filing system and document control.
- Handle foreign worker matters.
- Liaise with HQ for reporting, document submission, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with supervisor, production staff, and the accounts department.
- Track incoming/outgoing goods and report discrepancies.
- Monitor attendance and assist with overtime records.
- Support general administrative tasks in the factory.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage
- Able to use SQL Accounting System is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word).
- Minimum 1 year of admin experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with HQ and internal departments.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to communicate with and assist foreign workers.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Experience in factory or administrative work is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
