1) To ensure custom papers are submitted promptly and accurately.
2) To ensure all Export/Import process done efficiently and timely as per KPI.
3) To attend or reply to customer email/call promptly or no later than the next working day.
4) To monitor and ensure all container/cargo delivered on time.
5) To monitor and ensure all Export/Import job is cleared in custom & port system.
6) To perform any additional duties commensurate with position, experience and qualification which are assigned on an ad hoc basis.
Skills
- Good Microsoft skills such as Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Familiar with Custom Declaration system such as Sealnet, etc
- Good written & spoken both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
- Managed and complete Import forwarding process for few customers.
