Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Commercial to support our marketing, logistics, and factory operations in Pasir Gudang. This role provides hands-on experience in vessel operations, trade documentation, and compliance in the commodity market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trade operations including shipping documentation, contract execution, and delivery scheduling
- Assist with vessel operations (loading/discharging) and liaise with shipping agents, surveyors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms, customs regulations, and maritime laws
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely operations support
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge in maritime laws, Incoterms, and vessel operations is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in palm oil trade, vegetable oil, or shipping are preferred
