1. Secretary for Tender Evaluation
- Serve as the official secretary for tender evaluation committees.
- Act as a mandatory evaluator, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the evaluation process.
- Facilitate meetings, record decisions, and support transparent and accountable tender outcomes.
2. Governance Alternate Champion
- Promote awareness and understanding of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) policies and conflict of interest protocols.
- Educate department members on governance principles and ethical standards.
- Support the primary governance champion in implementing compliance initiatives.
3. Risk Alternate Champion
- Assist in the management of the departmental risk register.
- Guide risk owners in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within their operational processes.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions to strengthen risk management culture.
4. Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Alternate Champion
- Lead efforts to educate team members on disaster recovery and continuity planning.
- Ensure staff understand their roles during disruptions and are equipped to maintain critical operations.
- Coordinate periodic BCP drills and updates to the continuity framework.
5. Business User Education Events
- Organize and run educational events for business users to enhance their understanding of IT systems, governance, risk, and continuity practices.
- Foster collaboration between IT and business units through interactive learning sessions.
- Measure event effectiveness through feedback and continuous improvement.
