Job Responsibilities
- Training Materials Preparation: prepare and distribute pre-training doc & organize post-training materials
- On-site Training Support: Assist trainers during sessions by setting up materials, registration and providing administrative support.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of training schedules, participant details, and feedback reports.
- Coordination Tasks: Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, hotels and HRDC to ensure smooth execution of training program
- Assist in the submission of HRD Corp training grant applications via the e-TRiS portal.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Event Management, or related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Willing to learn and take initiative.
- Able to commit to the full internship duration.
