We are looking for a proactive, detailed-oriented and creative Brand Communication Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination & Execution: Plan and manage all aspects of event-related activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and alignment with client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing consistent updates on project progress.
- Proposal & Report Development: Create comprehensive proposals and prepare reports to support planning, decision-making, and performance review.
- Vendor Engagement: Communicate and negotiate with vendors to secure terms that best serve client needs and project objectives.
- Ad Hoc Assignments: Handle tasks and initiatives assigned by the direct supervisor or senior management as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related fields
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong expertise in Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in event coordination or client-facing roles is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
