Job responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their mobility needs and provide tailored EV solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell EV models and related products (e.g., charging solutions, warranties).
- Conduct test drives and explain features, benefits, and performance of EVs.
- Stay updated on EV technology, charging infrastructure, and industry trends.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist customers through the end-to-end sales process, including loan/lease applications and vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Attend product training, sales events, and marketing activities as required.
- Support AI-driven initiatives by exploring opportunities for automation and data utilization to enhance operational insights and decision-making at the branch level.
- Contribute to social media content by collaborating with relevant teams to share impactful customer stories, branch milestones, or community engagement activities that reflect the brand’s values and increase visibility.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM in any fields.
- Candidates with an automotive background are preferred, as the role involves kickstarting and driving operational setup.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise (Automotive Industries)
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation skills and customer service skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft office, Note Pad and Basic Emailing.
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize demands, find solutions, and follow through to successful conclusions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
