KEY ACCOUNTABILITES
Plan, organize, and monitor all estate operations including estate preparation, planting, harvesting, pest control, fertilization, and upkeep.
Manage and supervise estate workers, contractors, and estate's staff to ensure efficient operations and high productivity.
Monitor and control operational costs and budget allocations in line with company guidelines.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of estates activities, crop yields, and other key performance indicators.
Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Implement Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and sustainability certifications such as RSPO, MSPO, SIRIM where applicable.
Liaise with government agencies, local communities, and stakeholders to maintain good relationships and operational transparency.
Manage estate machinery, equipment, and infrastructure, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized.
Train and develop subordinates to enhance their capabilities and ensure succession planning.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and crop output.
QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree in Plantation Management, Agricultural Science, or other related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil palm plantation management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of plantation operations, agronomy practices, and labor management.
Able to work independently and under challenging field conditions.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Offices and plantation management systems.
