Overview
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TOGAF and a proven track record of designing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft technology stack and Azure cloud. This role is crucial for a major client engagement, where you'll be responsible for assessing their existing Hospital Information System (HIS), defining a future-state architecture, and creating blueprints for data, integration, and overall system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client's current HIS, identifying architectural gaps, technical debt, and opportunities for modernization.
- Architectural Design: Develop the target-state architectural blueprints, including Application Architecture, Data Architecture, and Integration Architecture, in line with business requirements and industry best practices.
- TOGAF Framework: Apply TOGAF principles and methodologies throughout the architecture development life cycle, from preliminary phase to governance.
- Technology Leadership: Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership on the Microsoft tech stack, including but not limited to .NET, SQL Server, and Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure the architectural vision is understood and implemented correctly.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including roadmaps, solution diagrams, and design specifications.
- Governance: Establish and enforce architectural governance processes to ensure solutions adhere to defined standards and principles.
Required Skills & Experience
- TOGAF: Demonstrable experience applying the TOGAF framework for enterprise architecture. TOGAF certification is highly desirable.
- Microsoft Technologies: Deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, including server-side development, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Azure Cloud: Extensive experience designing and implementing solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures is essential.
- Healthcare Systems: Prior experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or other healthcare-related knowledge is a significant advantage. HL7 or HL7FHIR knowledge is Advantage.
- Architectural Blueprints: Proven ability to create detailed blueprints for application, data, and integration architectures.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve architectural challenges.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
