Job Scope / Responsibilities
- To draw plan using AutoCAD software.
- Preparation of conceptual & sketch proposals.
- Support project planning, design development, and construction documentation
- Prepare and oversee preparation of Authorities’ submission drawings.
- Liaise with various government agencies for authority approvals and matters.
- Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Able to work independently & responsible.
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (Part I / Part II or equivalent)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Sketch-up
- Strong design flair and technical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Dedicated individual that willing to grow with the company.
- Must possess own transport
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in architecture or related field.
