4 Months Contract
Requirements:
- Must submit full resume with supporting documents
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related qualification
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) / Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management, operation & maintenance (building-related)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify improvement areas
- Develop and implement energy efficiency & conservation strategies
- Ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and other energy regulations
- Manage budgets for energy projects and secure incentives/rebates
- Monitor, analyze, and report energy usage and savings
- Train staff on energy conservation and proper use of equipment
- Manage vendors/contractors for energy-related projects
- Track performance of energy systems and recommend improvements
- Work with stakeholders (facility managers, engineers, management) to achieve sustainability goals
- Develop emergency response plans for energy-related issues
