Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international EHS laws and Bosch Group policies.
- Liaise with government bodies during audits, inspections, and reporting.
- Risk Assessment & Safety Programs:
- Conduct regular risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and hazard identifications.
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety programs (e.g., fire safety, PPE use, chemical handling).
- Incident Investigation & Reporting:
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts or conditions.
- Maintain incident logs and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Training & Awareness:
- Conduct EHS induction and regular safety training for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Promote a safety-first culture through campaigns, toolbox talks, and safety days.
- Environmental Management:
- Monitor waste management, energy consumption, and environmental compliance.
- Implement environmental initiatives to reduce the facility’s carbon footprint in line with Bosch sustainability goals.
- Audit & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audit results, permits, and certifications.
- Support internal and external EHS audits and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 compliance.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Coordinate emergency response plans including fire drills, first aid readiness, and evacuation procedures.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Propose and lead EHS improvement projects aligned with Bosch’s global EHS strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local EHS regulations.
- Certified Safety Officer (Green Book/Yellow Book) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global organization.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
