Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to oversee and manage our online sales operations across Shopee, Lazada, and our official website. The role involves handling product listings, coordinating online promotions, responding to customer inquiries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless ecommerce operations and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Platform Management (Shopee, Lazada & Website)
- Manage daily operations and backend maintenance for Shopee, Lazada, and the company’s website.
- Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, images, stock levels, and pricing across all platforms.
- Ensure content is optimized for search visibility and conversion.
2. Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze ecommerce sales performance by platform.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, sales promotions, vouchers, and flash deals on Shopee, Lazada, and website.
- Monitor traffic, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and make recommendations for improvement.
3. Customer Service & Fulfillment
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, chats, and reviews on ecommerce platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and returns management.
4. Visual Content Management
- Collaborate with design team to produce product images, campaign banners, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all visuals comply with brand standards and platform specifications.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, warehouse, and customer service departments to ensure ecommerce workflow is smooth and efficient.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports by platform including sales, bestsellers, traffic, and campaign performance.
Requirement:
- Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience
- Hands on experience managing ecommerce website/CMS.
- Experience in Magento and wordpress
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS (web/email)
- Good understanding of web design and web analysis
- Understanding and experience in, UX, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media, Display channels
- Experience A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills as well as analytic.
- Ability to work under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written
- Email marketing, with experience creating and driving successful campaigns
- Project management experience and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
