We're Hiring: E-Commerce Manager
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and strategic E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our TikTok, Shopee, and Website sales channels. In this role, you'll play a key part in boosting online visibility, improving conversion rates, and increasing revenue. If you have a flair for digital commerce, content strategy, and live selling, this could be the perfect fit!
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust e-commerce growth plan in line with company goals and direction.
- Lead TikTok and Shopee live commerce efforts, including managing schedules, planning engaging topics, interacting with audiences, and setting up product showcases.
- Generate creative concepts and content strategies for TikTok and other social platforms.
- Manage and supervise all live broadcast sessions, ensuring smooth operations and professional delivery.
- Prepare detailed live stream scripts and segment flows that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Track live stream analytics and performance data, offering insights and suggestions for ongoing improvements.
- Develop advertising campaigns for all platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan promotions, generate content, and resolve any live session challenges.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Can converese in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Shopee platforms and tools.
