Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents according to company procedures
- Develop and implement document control processes and systems
- Review and update documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Track document versions and ensure proper version control
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents
- Ensure secure storage and backup of sensitive documentation
- Create templates and standard formats for internal use
- Monitor regulatory activity to ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Train staff on document control procedures and tools
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in document control or administrative roles
- Experience in industries like construction, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, or similar)
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must possess own transportation.
