We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Control Centre (DCC) Admin to support our quality and safety documentation processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage controlled documents, assist in audits, and coordinate effectively across departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Maintain and update QA/QC documentation including SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and forms.
- Ensure strict adherence to document version control and approval procedures.
- File, archive, and manage QA/QC records for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Track and update calibration and validation documentation.
- Assist the QA/QC HOD in planning and conducting quality inspections and audits.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
- Prepare QA reports, summaries, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between QA/QC, Production, R&D, and regulatory teams.
- Support customer audits and certification body inspections.
- Monitor audit findings, document their closure, and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
- Maintain training records related to quality procedures in collaboration with the QA/QC HOD.
- Distribute updated policies and procedures to relevant departments.
- Manage documentation related to safety and quality compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the QA/QC HOD.
Position Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Quality, or Safety. Candidates with extensive relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in document control, preferably in manufacturing or QA/QC.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, MasterControl, SAP DMS) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow up effectively.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
