Admin Clerk cum Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
1) Provide general office administration duties support; ie maintain files and records, answer phone calls courteously, order office supplies, maintain contact lists, receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail and etc.
2) Able to perform basic bookkeeping data entry; and simple account entries.
3) Undertake any other specific task or responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by Director.
Requirements:
1) Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
2) Able to multitask with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
3) Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
4) Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in fast pace environment
4) Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers .
5) Minimum SPM. Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent is preferable.
6) Age 20-30 years old and female only. Preferably Malaysian. Candidate that have minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields is added advantage. Advantages: able to speak in Chinese.
Working Hour:
1) Fixed Shift - Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm)
2) Training on bookkeeping & data entry training provided during alternate Saturday (half day).
