- We are seeking a seasoned strategy and change professional to join our TPRM team. This is a 1LOD role within the CIB Conduct & Control department, reporting to Head, CIB TPRM, ensuring that we define and implement robust strategies, frameworks, and processes to effectively manage third-party relationships and related risks across our CIB footprints.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing CIB TPRM capabilities and operating principles to achieving timely and effective and efficient delivery of a wide range of risk oversight activities. The role will focus on strategy development, planning, process design, and change execution across the full TPRM lifecycle.

Strategy
- Lead the interpretation of changes in Regulations, Policies and Standards with nexus to TPRM and Outsourcing, assess impact to CIB Process and business operations and propose adequate change implementation approaches.
- Own the strategy planning of CIB TPRM Book of Work, managing priorities and balancing team’s capacity with regulatory imperatives and deadlines.
- Lead CIB TPRM strategic initiatives collaborating with stakeholders and managing communication with senior CIB Leadership.
- Continuously work with 2LOD and the business to evaluate and identify TP risk implications of business strategies and programmes, and provide guidance on risk remediation actions
- Lead the standardisation and best practices definition and implementation across CIB by working closely with the TPRM Leads and with Business Continuity and Resilience Leads.
Key Responsibilities
Processes
- Collaborate in the design of Group TPRM and Outsourcing processes, and procedures ensuring a frictionless integration in BAU processes and minimising disruptions.
- Support and monitor the rollout and successful adoption of new TPRM and Outsourcing processes and procedures.
- Lead and maintain CIB TPRM Process maps using best in class industry tools.
Governance
- Raise awareness on TPRM and provide subject matter expertise to countries and clusters.
- Develop and manage a change portfolio for the various TPRM programs impacting CIB, including regulatory-driven changes, control uplift initiatives, and system enhancements.
- Establish clear governance and reporting mechanisms to monitor execution and flag delays or blockers.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, compliance, legal, and OTCR to drive a risk-aware culture.
People & Talent
- Lead through example and build appropriate culture and values, embedding a high level of team engagement with senior and junior stakeholders
- Identify personal ongoing training and development needs for professional and personal growth
- Set and monitor job objectives and ensure job descriptions are maintained

Risk Management
- Own specific initiatives to drive more effective risk management or compliance with Group Policies and Standards
- Provide oversight on outsourcing and third-party risk management requirements, ensuring alignment with internal standards, policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Analyse and summarise consultation papers to outline impact to business and proactively come up with tactical and strategic measures.
- Oversee risk reporting and dashboards to provide senior management with clear visibility on third-party risks and trends.
- Drive continuous improvement in TPRM reporting, leveraging analytics and automation where possible.
