What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in managing the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, handle logistics, and follow up on action items.
- Take meeting minutes using AI tools, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Handle general administrative duties and internal coordination.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Conduct light research and compile materials as needed.
- Communicate with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks responsibly.
- Able to use basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with confidence.
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Friendly, polite, and presentable with a professional attitude.
- Able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
*Working Location: Menara Zurich, JB Town
*5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday
*8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
