Key Responsibilities:
- Run and manage online ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram) to get more traffic and sales.
- Adjust ads daily (budget, audience, design, wording) to make sure we get the best results.
- Create new ad ideas and test which pictures, videos, or text work better.
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or other ad tools) to help write ad copy, find keywords, and give insights.
- Improve our website visibility on Google by doing SEO tasks (keywords, content updates, page improvements).
- Check website and ad data (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager) to see what’s working and what’s not.
- Suggest simple fixes to make it easier for customers to buy on our website.
- Work with the design and content team to make ads and landing pages more effective.
- Do A/B testing (try two different ads or pages) and pick the winning version.
- Build simple dashboards or use AI to make reporting faster and more automatic.
- Look for new ideas or tools that can help us spend less and get better results.
- Manage ad budgets carefully to make sure money is spent effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4). Familiar with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) and Google Tag Manager. Ability to conduct A/B testing and track performance data accurately. Nice to have: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions; creative thinking for ad ideas and testing; and high attention to detail to avoid campaign or tracking errors
