Be in charge of restaurant / cafe activities from planning of manpower, preparation to delivery of operations and providing top quality service and customer experience
Work closely with founder to driver improvements of new innovative offers and service experience to customers and stay at the number 1 position of Japanese dessert industry in the country
Train and develop a team to bring the level of front line members and service quality to the next level with support of founder

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
