Job Description:
- Manage and organize both digital and physical records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clear and organized system for labelling, storing, and finding documents
- Develop and regularly update document control and data management procedures.
- Monitor data consistency and integrity across platforms and systems, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper data flow and correct handling of sensitive information.
- Ensure all information is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with data protection policies.
- Continuously improve data control practices and recommend enhancements to document and recordkeeping systems.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data management, document control, or administrative support.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of data protection principles and records management best practices.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,000
