Job description Responsibilities: -
- Analyze and prepare insightful reports based on complex data sets.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in large and complex data to drive actionable business recommendations.
- Lead discussions during monthly performance reviews to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc data and analysis as required by the business.
- Support category reviews and planning through both internal data analysis and external market research.
- Acquire and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clean, reliable database.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports related to sales, merchandise, promotions, best sellers, pricing, and other retail metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven solutions that support business growth and performance improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide relevant feedback where necessary.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market research data.
- Maintain and update databases by acquiring data from various channels.
Requirement: -
- Possess a Degree in Statistic/ Mathematics/ Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in data analysis.
- Preferably prior working experience from retail industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
