Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to Category department
- Compiling and filing duties (shipping document, regulatory document etc)
- Processing and verifying of documents (claims, payments, invoices etc)
- Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
- Co-ordinate with relevant departments for incoming & outgoing shipments/ deliveries
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; with minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skill & Positive working attitude
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
