About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced D365 Functional Architect to lead and deliver Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in end-to-end implementation, solution design, and integration strategies. This role is critical to driving the successful rollout and migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 F&O.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O, including solution rollout and legacy system migration.
- Develop and deliver Solution Blueprints, Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
- Provide expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional processes.
- Define and execute Data Migration strategy and Integration architecture for D365 F&O.
- Drive D365 environment strategy to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.
- Ensure compliance and alignment with Microsoft Fast Track Deliverables.
- Oversee and be accountable for all D365 deliverables to the client.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide strategic input on system design and functionality.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct training, and ensure user adoption of the implemented solution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of overall experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX 2012 R3 & D365 F&O).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O end-to-end implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in Finance and SCM functional processes.
- Proven experience in designing solution architectures, system integrations, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of legacy system rollouts and transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage multiple project deliverables.
