Job Descriptions:
- Handles front desk daily operations such as handling arrivals registration, departures, and walk-in request.
- Respond promptly to all customer requests and inquiries in accordance with the performance standard by telephone, or in person.
- Consistent in delivering excellent service standards to customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- To handle day-to-day inbound and outbound calls at the front desk.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly front desk operations report in a timely manner.
- Proactively calling the inactive customers and invite customers for appointment
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, in any field.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good learning attitude and self-diciplined person.
- Pleasant personality and be polite at all times.
- Must be willing to work on day/evening shifts, weekends based on the duty roster.
- Passionate in beauty industry
- Good team player and willing to learn the beauty products and treatment services
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
