Job Title: Customer Service Support
Language required: English & Korean or Japanese
Working hours : 8:00am – 5:00 pm / 9:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Asset Management services for multiple company customers.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal company stakeholders.
- Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' IB data.
- Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.
Key Job Duties
- Ensure customer Install Based is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels.
- Lead the implementation of Asset Management services.
- Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources.
- Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities.
- Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Korean and Japanese (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of company business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies.
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis.
- Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of customer engagement experience including 2 years of experience in IB Management or Data Management or similar
- ITIL Foundation, and HAM/SAM are good to have
General Skills:
- A good level of English; advanced Language support depending on the country supported
- Educational Qualification: Educated to university degree level.
- Experience: Min 3 to 4 years of customer-facing experience working within a contact centre, operations, Renewals and deal management activities
- Experience in IT Companies is a plus
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- Educated to University degree level
- Minimum 3 of experience as a Renewal Analyst, Deal Manager, Quote to Cash, Pricing Ops, Recurring Revenue experience or any other industry in related roles.
- Meticulous professional who has accuracy and attention to detail in the work performed
- Excellent Presentation Skills and Knowledge of various presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Independent Professional who can work with limited supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
