Responsibilities:
- Assists in customer’s inquiries/complaints.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Assist in following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintaining positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
- Assist in monthly outlet visit for investigation on customer’s feedback.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Management,Business Admin, Mass Communication,Public Relations (PR) or any related field.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Must be willing to work at Menara KK, Bandar Tasik Selatan KL.
- Candidates be able to speak Mandarin is advantages.
- Internship period must be Three (3) months and above.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

- Bandar Tasik Selatan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
