The Group is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan and is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the team Service Team as a Customer Service Executive.
Responsibilities :
- Effectively and efficiently manage customer interactions through phone call, email and other channels
- Generate Sales Quotation, Sales Tender, Sales Order, Delivery Order and Purchase Order
- Manage open Sales Orders and oversee incoming shipments
- Propose and follow up on maintenance quotations and contracts to customers
- Handling customer requests/complaints and logging it into the system
- Manage spare parts inventory/stock
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
- Computer literate: MS Office, MS Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and meticulously with good interpersonal communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
