- Assist customers with order placement, service issues, product information, complaints, and troubleshooting.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:
✅ Malaysian citizen
✅ 18 - 35 years old
✅ Minimum Diploma holders
✅ Fresh Graduates OR currently unemployed
✅ Good command of BM and English (additional languages are a plus)
✅ Good computer literacy
✅ Comprehensive training will be provided
✅ Training is based in PJ
Job Type: Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
