Role Overview
We’re hiring a Customer Lifecycle & Engagement Specialist or Manager to own and optimize the entire customer lifecycle. From onboarding to repeat bookings and everything in between, you'll craft campaigns, content, and experiences that deepen our relationship with every user.
What You'll Do:
· Design and execute lifecycle campaigns that drive user registration, activation, retention, and reviews.
· Identify drop-off points across the funnel and develop strategies to re-engage users.
· Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless user journeys.
· Manage and optimize CRM tools to personalize communications and improve engagement.
· Analyze campaign results and user behavior to inform future strategies.
· Write punchy, on-brand copy for push notifications, emails, and in-app messages (bonus points if you can nail a push under 30 characters!).
What We’re Looking For:
· Specialist Level: 2–3 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or engagement roles.
· Manager Level: 4–6 years experience in similar roles with leadership or strategic ownership.
· Experience with platforms like Braze, MoEngage, Mailchimp, or similar.
· Bonus: Background in startup, tech, or platform-based companies.
· Strong data instincts and the ability to make insight-driven decisions.
· Creative flair and empathy, especially with parenting audiences.
· A passion for building not just user numbers, but real trust and loyalty.
