Lead the Customer Quality Audit (CQA) team, manage end-to-end customer audits, resolve audit issues, and drive continuous quality improvements at a managerial level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CQA (customer quality audit) team daily work, CQA team training and work arrangement
- Communicate audit schedule with customer and maintain audit plan
- Handle key customer audits
- Deal with the abnormal during customer audit
- Summarize CQA daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports
- Drive internal team to do continuous improvement according to customer audit problem
- Customer relationship maintenance
- Lead department project
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, and scrap rate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor, preferably quality-related departments.
- Strong technical knowledge in a quality assurance or auditing roles, including handling of key customer audits (findings and follow-up).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 standards.
- Skilled in SPC, DOE, 8D, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and root cause analysis tools.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin language is a plus, due to possible involvement in China projects.
