- <point>Policy Application: Applies global safety policies to incident response. Flags areas where process gaps exist and suggests opportunities for refinement.</point>
- <point>Customer Focus: Ensures every interaction and decision reflects a high standard of care for customers involved in safety-related events.</point>
- <point>Operational Feedback: Provides feedback to Safety Operations and Policy teams based on case trends and front-line observations.</point>
- <point>Continuous Learning: Stays up to date on evolving safety protocols and contributes to a culture of excellence and learning within the team.</point>

- <point>You’re naturally curious and proactive, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.</point>
