Responsibilities:
- Accurately input customer information and create applications within the required time frame, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Follow up to obtain any missing or incomplete documents from customers to support the application process.
- Conduct verification of customer personal and/or employment details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder in Business Administration or any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
