Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Support the drafting, review, and tracking of policies and procedures.
- Coordinate risk registers and assist departments in identifying and mitigating risks.
- Support the monitoring of internal controls and follow-up on audit recommendations.
- Maintain registers related to conflicts of interest, declarations, and other integrity matters.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials for management and stakeholders.
- Liaise with departments and external parties to coordinate audits, reviews, or regulatory engagements.
- Conduct research on governance and risk management best practices to inform internal improvements.
- Support internal awareness programmes related to ethics, integrity, and compliance.
- Undertake any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
