Azham Zamiri & Co is looking for a dedicated Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team and support our conveyancing department.

- Position : Conveyancing Legal Assistant
- Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
- Preferably 1-2 years of Conveyancing Experience after chambering;
- Strong understanding of conveyancing and corporate laws, regulations, and practices in Malaysia.
- Committed, self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently with minimum supervision and complete given task.
- Good in time management and able to meet tight deadline.
- Organize and systematic in handling file.
- Professional and responsive to client’s question.
- Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and handle conveyancing documents (sale & purchase agreements, loan documentation for bank & LPPSA and other related legal instruments).
- Able to do subsale/undercon bank loan, refinance loan, Perfection of Transfer, Charge & Discharge of Charge.
- Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with clients, bank officers, property agents, land offices, contractors, developers, and government authorities.
- Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and case records.
- Monitor and follow up closely with all the on-going files with email and correspondence from the initial stage till the completion.
