Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all pre- and post-contract activities.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and draft contracts, subcontracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and project requirements.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure timely submission of claims, variations, progress payments, and final accounts.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and legal advisors to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
- Maintain proper contract documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts (e.g., PAM, JKR, CIDB, FIDIC).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
- Able to work independently and lead a contract team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
