Collection Officer- banking sector

• Commission starting from RM750 to RM4000 not included in Basic Salary

Responsible to make outbound calls

• Responsible to liaise and negotiate with account holders
• Persuade, negotiable and work closely with the account holders to make workable repayment arrangement.
• Responsible to follow-up and monitor on account holder’s payment thoroughly in timely manner.
• To attend to the documentation required to assist collection.

Need to be commission driven , Experience is a plus point ( No experience is still welcome to apply), online interview and no assessment.
