Responsibilities:
- Product Innovation: Improve existing beverage products, focusing on quality, taste, and stability to meet evolving consumer needs and market competition.
- Market Research: Accompany sales teams on customer visits, understand brand requirements, and analyze regional market trends to inform product development.
- Employee Training: Develop and deliver personalized product application plans, including on-site demonstrations to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing and R&D to design effective application proposals based on customer needs and market insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze market feedback and sales data to identify areas for product enhancement and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in product R&D technology application within the beverage industry, particularly in coffee.
- Product Development: Successful track record in coffee product or tea drink development is highly valued.
- Barista Skills: International barista award winners are encouraged to apply, as this expertise is particularly appreciated.
- Coffee Expertise: Proficiency in coffee blending and product development is essential for this role.
