Hiring Gigi Coffee TTDI
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food and beverages, including coffee and pastries, in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Deliver friendly customer service to the customers
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments via cash, card, or e-wallet, with proficiency in using POS systems
- Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
- Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
- Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader
