Job Descriptions:
- Conduct client engagement activities (fact finding, solution presentations, discovery meetings).
- Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high service quality and retention.
- Support lead generation and prospecting efforts.
- Assist senior advisors in sales and client advisory activities (development phase).
- Participate actively in concurrent training and real case study exercises.
- Meet assigned case closure and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client documentation within CRM systems.
- Assist in operational tasks including onboarding, service follow-ups, and client communications.
- Progressively build the skills to become a coach or mentor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification accepted for Financial Planning professional pathways.
- Preferably licensed (CFP, IFP, RFP, Shariah RFP, etc.) or willing to obtain certification.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong client communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- High discipline, proactivity, and structured problem-solving ability.
- Sales-oriented mindset with ethical practices and client-centric focus.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn technical advisory knowledge.
- Coaching related skills is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Documents and Google Work (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets).
