- To ensure day-to-day claims entry are processed in compliance with relevant SOP to reduce the risk of legal and financial repercussions.
- Consult, coordinating and liaison with inter department/branch/insurer to ensure a claim as is close within reasonable period
- Preparation of notification letter to claimant on status and findings of their cases as and when needed.
- Preparation of offer letter to claimant for all approved case within reasonable period Preparation of credit note to internal department for all accepted case within reasonable period
- Maintain and oversee the systematic storage of evidences such as letters, photos, invoices and other necessary supporting documentations.
- Communicate with claimants about their claims status, payment amounts, and any other pertinent information
- Other duties as reasonably assigned by Head of Department
Job Requirement
- Basic analytical skill
- Strong physical & virtual communication skills
- Minimum SPM qualification with 1 year working experience, or Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
- Minimum, with Administration job experience
- Experience in Claim Handling is an added advantage
- Expert in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
- Minimum, with basic Excel skills such as SUM, PIVOT knowledge
