Chinese-Speaking Assistant (Full-Time)
Job Scope:
As a Chinese-speaking Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the boss with daily coordination and communication with internal managers and staff. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Translating documents and verbal communications (Mandarin ↔ English/Malay).
- Ensuring clear and timely communication between the boss and management team.
- Other duties as assigned by the boss.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written).
- Strong command of English and Malay.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrates responsibility, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is a plus.
