Catering Supervisor (Operations & Events) – Kota Damansara, PJ
Our client is a leading food catering provider in Klang Valley, known for delivering exceptional dining experiences using halal ingredients and creative buffet presentations for various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and private celebrations.
They are hiring a Catering Supervisor (Operations & Events) to support end-to-end event operations, manage logistics, coordinate on-site setups, and lead improvements in catering delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee event logistics and equipment preparation
- Liaise with clients and support event setup
- Ensure smooth on-site operations and cleanliness
- Work closely with the operations team and interns
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant certification
- 1 year of F&B experience preferred (fresh grads welcome)
- Good communication in English & BM
- Leadership, multitasking skills, and own transport required
- Willing to work weekends/public holidays
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM2,000
- Event Allowance: RM50/event (up to RM3,500/month total potential)

Working Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 9am–5.30pm; Sat: half day
- 1 fixed day off weekly; must be flexible with holidays/events
