Role Purpose
- Assembly Officer responsible for promoting safe, timely and efficient ground handling services including operating all ground equipment to our contractual customer airlines.
- This is to be carried out in accordance with AeroDarat, regulatory department and customer airlines policies, standard operating procedures (SOP) and service level agreement (SLA).
Key Accountability
- To print and check flight movement through GFIS (Standard Time Departure) at Duty Room (OCC)
- To check and acknowledge the store's item.
- To assemble all the store items as per flights at the ambient.
- To receive dry ice and wet ice from the Warehouse Receiving unit.
- To receive wet towels from vendors for all MH flights.
- To store into the allocated holding room as per flight.
- To monitor movement and receive meal carts from the Tray Setting and Hot Kitchen Unit.
- To store into the allocated holding room as per flight.
- To assemble all received items as per flight.
- To store the meal carts and hot meals in the allocated holding room according to the planned holding room and as per flight.
- To conduct HACCP Logging checks in every holding room.
- To monitoring daily activities in Assembly, meals, and other items for flights.
- To monitor flight departure schedule (STD) to ensure the loading team attends to the aircraft on time.
- To trigger the alarm on Kitchen Departure Time (KDT) if the loading team is still having not moved out to the aircraft. The duty Manager will be notified.
- To ensure if the loading team has not returned due to a clash of service, the Duty Officer will find another team to attend to the aircraft.
- The Assembler will immediately summon the replacement loading team to the aircraft.
- To brief the crew based on galley loading position when appointed to do the task at apron side and to ensure the crew sign and acknowledge the CDS.
Qualification & Work Experience
SPM or SPMV with 0-1 year working experience.
Skill & Knowledge
- Average command of writing and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required to attend all regulatory and mandatory training as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM).
- Knowledge in MS Office application and PC literate.
