Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily opening and closing duties.
- Accurately process all sales transactions using the POS system.
- Scan price items correctly during checkout.
- Handle various payment methods (cash, QR pay, debit/credit cards).
- Stay updated on current promotions and price changes.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate cash register balance.
- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification; school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced in related field is an added advantage, especially with POS systems.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English or Bahasa Malaysia; additional dialects are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, with good product knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Good to Have:
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service.
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions during peak hours.
- Basic problem-solving skills for handling payment or product issues.
Job Type: Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Sat 9am - 5pm)
Salary: From RM2500.00 and above (Based on experience)
