KK Garden Seafood Sedco, operated by RXC Resources Sdn. Bhd., is a well-established seafood restaurant in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. We opt to serve fresh, quality dishes to locals and visitors alike. We are looking for a Cashier to join our front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or changes to customers when necessary.
- Maintain proper record-keeping of all transactions and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when assisting guests with billing inquiries.
- Ensure the cashier counter is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports for management.
- Work closely with servers and management to support smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills in Malay and/or English (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage).
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
