Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service
- Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments
- Take food and drink orders and input them into the POS system
- Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Assist with restocking, light cleaning, and supporting the café team when needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Friendly, positive attitude with a team-player mindset
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Basic math skills
